Dénes (Dennis) Gábor

Dénes (Dennis) Gábor (1900-1979) was born in Budapest as the oldest son of Bertalan Gabor, director of a mining company, and his wife Adrienne. He graduated from the Technische Hochschule in Berlin in 1924 and received his Doctorate there in 1927, in electrical engineering.
